What is Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching?
Teaching mobility is an activity that allows academic staff who have already taught at the home institution to teach in a partner university.
To be eligible for this mobility, the applicant
Must be a full-time member of Khazar University’ academic staff;
Is able to professionally and physically participate in this programme, and to communicate with a respected department of the partner-university;
Has a minimum English proficiency on the level of B2;
Has a motivation letter prepared to support her/his application;
Has her/his updated CV to be included with the submission.
The duration of teaching mobility is 5 days, excluding travel time to and from the partner-university. For one-week (5 working days) participation, the teaching activity must comprise a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week.

Job-shadowing;
Attendance at a staff training week

Eligibility:
Bachelor and master students of Informatics, Management and Chemical Engineering at Khazar University.
Enrolled in a Khazar University undergraduate/graduate degree program at the time of application;
Should have completed 6 (six) semesters of study and accumulated 180 ECTS (bachelor) or 2 (two) semesters and accumulated 60 ECTS (master);
Citizen of the Azerbaijani Republic or an International Student enrolled in a full-degree program at Khazar University;
Enrolled in a Khazar University degree program at the time of application;
Have NO disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months;
English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments

Tuition Fee and Cost of Living (with scholarship):
Double Degree Programme is of 10 months. 1 Grant available and the grant will cover only 4 months. (Individual support (4 months/ 3400€) + travel grant / 820€).
Tuition Fee and Cost of Living (without scholarship): international students can study and live in Bragança (Portugal) for less than 400 EUR/month (including tuition fee)
– Tuition Fee: 1090 EUR/year (it can be paid in 10-months installments of 109 EUR each)
– Accommodation: students can rent a shared room for 110 EUR/month
– Meals: students can use the University’s academic restaurant for 2,30 EUR per complete meal

ELIGIBILITY: undergraduate/graduatestudents of Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Political Sciences and International Relations at Khazar University:
• Enrolled in a Khazar University undergraduate/graduate degree program at the time of application. • Completed at least the first year of their studies at Khazar University. • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 55 for undergraduate and 75 for graduate students. • Citizen of the Azerbaijani Republic or an International Student enrolled in a full-degree program at Khazar University. • Enrolled in a Khazar University degree program at the time of application. • Have completed at least the first year of their studies. • Have NO disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months. • Language proficiency requirements: All applicants should be able to provide the certification of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM).

Predict Mutepfe from Zimbabwe (PhD student) Ahmed Imtiaz from Pakistan (Master student)
The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan organized a visit of foreign students studying in Azerbaijan to the liberated Jabrayil and Fizuli districts. 40 foreign students from 16 universities representing 31 countries have attended the visit. 2 foreign students from Khazar University also attended the visit. During the visit, the ancient mosque, the newspaper editorial office, the old cemetery in Fizuli region, Khudaferin bridge, hydroelectric power station, “Friendship spring”, “Ancient plane tree”, summer cinema in Jabrayil region were visited and the ruins were demonstrated in the cities. Then a meeting was held with soldiers and officers serving in the Jabrayil region.
During the visit, the large state flag of Azerbaijan was unveiled by foreign students, and the slogan “Karabakh is Azerbaijan!” was chanted.
A special issue “Karabakh is Azerbaijan” of “Nargis” magazine dedicated to the culture and history of Karabakh was presented to foreign students to convey the importance of Karabakh for Azerbaijan, the history and rich cultural heritage of the region to the world community.
