Fill Out Your Application Form

Once you have identified your program, click on the apply button and fill it out according to the application guidelines.

Submit Your Application

Applications are submitted directly to the International Affairs Office through the application form along with all required documents. When you submit the full application and your documents, make sure to indicate a clear subject line – ‘[Your name]_Khazar International Admission 2026-2027_ [Document name]’ Please consult the list of requirements for the selected level of study before submitting your application. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.

Admissions are conducted in cycles:

  1. First cycle (Early Bird admissions) – from 09.01.2026, 09:00 (Baku time) until 01.06.2026, 18:00 (Baku time). Tuition fees for early bird applicants across all programs are $3750 annually (Except for BS Veterinary Medicine applicants, early bird tuition fees for this program are $4500 annually). Admissions results will be announced shortly after the deadline of 01.06.2026.
  2. Second cycle – from 02.06.2026, 09:00 (Baku time) -until 31.08.2026, 18:00 (Baku time). Tuition fees across all programs for second cycle applicants are $5000 annually (Except for BS Veterinary Medicine applicants, second cycle tuition fees for this program are $6000 annually).

Deadline:

First cycle (Early Bird cycle): 01.06.2026 18:00 (6:00 PM) Baku time

Second cycle: 31.08.2026 18:00 (6:00 PM) Baku time

NB: After you accept Khazar University’s Offer of Admission, by law, you must get registered as a student via portal.edu.az, a governmental system that keeps the record of international students to unify the paperwork across the whole country. The deadline for registering via https://portal.edu.az/ is early September 2026, and those students who miss this deadline will not be able to commence the study from the 2026 Autumn Semester.
