WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Bachelor and Master Students:

• Must be enrolled in a Khazar University undergraduate or graduate degree program at the time of application.
• Must have completed at least the first year of their studies.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 80 or higher.
• Must have no disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months.

PhD Students:

• Must be a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan or an international student enrolled in a full-degree program at Khazar University.
• Must be enrolled in a Khazar University degree program at the time of application.
• Must have completed at least the first year of their studies.
• Must provide an English language proficiency certificate.
• Must have no disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months.

Required list of documents:

• The application form should be fill out online, printed, and signed.
• Transcript from Dean’s office
• Recommendation from the faculty
• Europass CV
• Passport
• A copy of student ID card
• Photo (3×4)
• English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments.
