Eligibility requirements for students
Students applying to the Mevlana Exchange Programme must:
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme.
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 for undergraduate students.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 for graduate students (MA, PhD).
- Be evaluated based on 50% GPA and 50% language proficiency.
- Not be in their first semester of a bachelor’s degree, or in preparatory/scientific preparation programmes for graduate degrees.

- Language Certificate (from the Department of English Language and Literature at Khazar University, or IELTS / TOEFL)
