Bilateral Exchange Opportunities

Non-Erasmus student exchange

Khazar University has bilateral agreements with partner universities abroad, enabling student exchange outside the Erasmus+ programme.

Students selected to study one or two semesters at a partner university under a non-Erasmus exchange agreement:

  • Do not pay extra tuition fees.

  • Are responsible for their own travel and living expenses in the host country.

Exchange opportunities are announced annually with a specific deadline.

How to Apply!

Khazar University students applying for non-Erasmus exchange should submit the following documents to the International Affairs Office:

  1. Application Form for Outgoing Students (click here to download)
  2. The application form should be fill out online, printed, and signed.
  3. Faculty Recommendation
  4. Transcript from Dean’s office
  5. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  6. Passport
  7. Passport
  8. A copy of student ID card
  9. Photo (3×4)
  10. English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments.
Eligibility
  • Students with minimum GPA 80
  • English Language Proficiency
