Tuition fee
The annual tuition fee for all programmes is USD 5,000 (For BS Veterinary Medicine, the annual tuition fee is USD 6,000). The tuition fee does not include accommodation or living expenses. Khazar University reserves the right to change the tuition fee from year to year.
For applicants applying during the Early Bird cycle (09.01.2026 09:00 Baku tike – 01.06.2026 18:00 Baku time), the annual tuition fee across all programmes is USD 4,500 (for BS Veterinary Medicine, the annual tuition fee is USD 5,400).
Note: You might receive merit-based tuition fee waivers.
NOTA BENE: Before commencing the studies at Khazar University, an international student must pay the application fee and, at least, one year’s tuition fee (less scholarship, if applicable).
