Khazar University offers dual degree program with Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), Portugal:
Level of Study:
- Bachelor’s degree students: Must have completed at least 6 academic semesters (180 ECTS credits), depending on whether their bachelor’s degree corresponds to a three or four-year program.
- Master’s degree students: Must have completed at least 2 academic semesters (60 ECTS credits).

- The application form should be fill out online, printed, and signed.
- Transcript from Dean’s office
- Recommendation from the faculty
- Europass CV
- Passport
- A copy of student ID card
- Photo (3×4)
- English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments
