We are happy to inform all you that the Call for Student Mobility at “Stanislaw Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Pila”, Poland, through the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme is now open.

Requirements:

  • Be enrolled in a Khazar University undergraduate or graduate degree program and have completed at least one academic year of undergraduate studies or one semester of graduate studies.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 80 or higher (Both GPA and GPA Major); 
  • Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan or an International Student enrolled in a full-degree programme at Khazar University; 
  • Have NO disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months; 
  • English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM).
  • If your language of instruction is English, you can obtain a confirmation document from your faculty/department by contacting your dean’s office.
  • If your language of instruction is not English, you may contact the Department of English Language and Literature to arrange a language assessment or obtain the required confirmation.

How to apply? 

Required documents: 

  • Europass CV
  • Copy of National ID
  • Passport (if not available at the time of application, it can be submitted after acceptance)
  • Transcript
  • Photo (3×4) and a copy of student ID card 
  • English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments.
  • The application form should be fill out online, printed, and signed (application form is attached)

NOTE: Research course availability, course prerequisites, and course syllabus information at partner universities is the students’ responsibility to communicate within the Home Departments/Dean’s Office.

Applications should be submitted personally through the International Affairs Office – room 512.
