We are happy to inform all you that the Call for exchange to study Daejin University   is now open. The details are as follows:   

Please find below the application procedures. 

Eligibility:  

  • Enrolled in a Khazar University at the time of application;  
  • Completed at least the first year of their studies at Khazar University;  
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 85 or higher;  
  • Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan or an International Student enrolled in a full-degree programme at Khazar University;  
  • Have NO disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months;  
  • English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments 
  • Students can apply to any courses available at an undergraduate level
  • The programme\course link that are taught in English;  Please see the link (http://abroad.daejin.ac.kr/contents/cor/global.htmlNote that business administration + some general education electives are only taught in English.

How to apply?  

Required documents:  

  • Europass CV 
  • Copy of National Identity Card 
  • Passport
  • Transcript (Visiting your School)
  • Photo (3×4) and a copy of student ID card  
  • English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments 
  • The application form should be printed, signed (First fill out online, then print out), Khazar University
  • The application form, Daejin University
  • Applications should be submitted personally through the International Affairs Office – room 512.  

NOTE: Research course availability, course prerequisites, and course syllabus
information at partner universities is the students’ responsibility to communicate within the home departments.

Tuition Fees: Tuition waiver
Residence Fees
On campus housing: 777,600 KRW to 1,354,200 KRW per semester (16 weeks)
※ not compulsory to live on campus
Average off campus housing rates are between 400,000 KRW and
500,000 KRW per month (three bedrooms).
Health Insurance
All students are required to be enroled in and charged for the National
Health Insurance Service. = 71,920 KRW per month
Living Cost
Meals and other living expenses
Residents living on campus accommodation are required to purchase a
meal (Plan A: 3,600 KRW per meal, Plan B: 3,800 KRW per meal).
