Khazar University announces acceptance of documents for full time and part time (paid) PhD students for 2017-2018

Requirements for a PhD degree:

1. Citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic with higher education (with MA education or equivalent) are eligible to be accepted to the announced PhD vacancies on the basis of competition.

2. Any candidate with full completion of PhD course (former post-graduate) is not eligible for readmission to PhD studies in the same field of study.
