Khazar University student’s Erasmus+ exchange experience at UCAM Catholic University of Murcia
“I developed a great deal of responsibility”.
Hola todos, my name is Aziza and my major is business administration in Khazar University. I have studied for one semester in a city known as Murcia located in the southeast of Spain. As we all are aware, Spain is a wonderful country with antique history, phenomenal architecture, and amiable people. So, When I learned that I could study specifically in Spain, it immediately piqued my curiosity. And I could definitely tell I didn’t regret it.
Moving on to the experience I gained in 5 months, I can without a doubt claim that one of its major benefits was the difficulty of the subjects, which helped me to become more meticulous and precise. To the perfectionism that I developed throughout these months, I owe it all to my Statistics professor Vita. Who not only provided me with extensive math knowledge but also strengthened my desire to strive for maximum results. Continuing with finance, I had one of the top financial accounting professors(Maria Rose) not only was she the most compassionate teacher but also helped me realize that this is a field in which I excel and where I would want to specialize in future
Secondly, I have met a lot of wonderful people from different parts of the world, we exchanged our views and learned different things about various cultures. I have made new great friends and one of my closest friends from there was from Ukraine. We have shared a lot with each other and have discovered a bunch of distinct things about each other and our countries.
Last but not least, the main advantage was responsibility. After living abroad on my own and learning to rely only on myself in every situation, I developed a great deal of responsibility.
