CALL FOR ERASMUS+STUDENT MOBILITY SPRING 2022\2023

Dear students,  

We are happy to inform all you that the Call for mobility to study at Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) in Portugal  through the  Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility  Programme  is now open. The details are as follows:   

Please find below Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) in Portugal application procedures. 

Eligibility:  

Bachelor and Master students of Informatics, Management and Chemical Engineering

• Enrolled in a Khazar University undergraduate programme at the time of application;  
• Completed at least the first year of their studies at Khazar University;  
• Have a cumulative GPA of 85 or higher;  
• Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan or an International Student enrolled in a full-degree programme at Khazar University;  
• Have completed at least the first year of their studies;  
• Have NO disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months;  
• English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments 

How to apply?  

Required documents:  

• Europass CV 
• Copy of National Identity Card 
• Transcript 
• Photo (3×4) and a copy of student ID card  
• English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments 
• The application form should be printed, signed 

Applications should be submitted personally through the International Affairs Office – room 512.  
  

Scholarship: 4 months,  4*850= 3400€ + 820€ travel

Duration: February 20^th to July 15^th
