CALL FOR ERASMUS+STUDENT MOBILITY SPRING 2022\2023 in Türkiyə

Dear students,  

We are happy to inform all you that the Call for mobility to study at METU – Middle East Technical University (2022-2023)  through the  Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility  Programme  is now open. The details are as follows:   

Please find below Erasmus+ METU – Middle East Technical University application procedures. 

Eligibility:  

  • Enrolled in a Khazar University undergraduate programme\graduate at the time of application;  
  • Completed at least the first year of their studies at Khazar University;  
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 85 or higher;  
  • Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan or an International Student enrolled in a full-degree programme at Khazar University;  
  • Have completed at least the first year of their studies;  
  • Have NO disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months;  
  • English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments

MSc/PhD Students: METU will accept graduate students for exchange only if:

a) They agree to take courses at our institution. Or,

b) They find a Research Supervisor at METU (by themselves) who is ready to accept to study with the student. In this case, the student should submit an acceptance letter (which can be downloaded from the ICO website) signed by the agreed supervisor, department exchange coordinator, and department chair during the application period. Without this document, the student will not be able to conduct research at METU. Please note that it is not possible for ICO to assign academic supervisors to research students.

  • Photo (3×4) and a copy of student ID card  
  • English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments 
  • The application form should be printed, signed

CAll for Staff Mobility for Teaching and Staff Mobility for Training in Gazi University, Türkiyə

Calls for Applications  

What is Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching?  

Teaching mobility is an activity that allows academic staff who have already taught at the home institution to teach in a partner university. 

To be eligible for this mobility, the applicant  

  • Must be a full-time member of Khazar University’ academic staff;  
  • Is able to professionally and physically participate in this programme, and to communicate with a respected department of the partner-university; 
  • Has a minimum English proficiency on the level of B2; 
  • Has a motivation letter prepared to support her/his application;  
  • Has her/his updated CV to be included with the submission. 

The duration of teaching mobility is 5 days, excluding travel time to and from the partner-university. For one-week (5 working days) participation, the teaching activity must comprise a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week.

Erasmus+ offers professional development opportunities for staff to improve the skills required for their current job by participating in training.

Training may take the form of: 

  • Job-shadowing;  
  • Attendance at a staff training week

We are happy to inform all you that the Call for mobility to study at Uniwersytet Wrocławski (2022-2023)  through the  Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility  Programme  is now open. The details are as follows:

Eligibility:  

Students of

Bachelor\Master\PhD students of Environmental Sciences, History and Archeology, Political Science and Civics  at Khazar University.  

  • Enrolled in a Khazar University at the time of application;  
  • Completed at least the first year of their studies at Khazar University;  
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 85 or higher;  
  • Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan or an International Student enrolled in a full-degree programme at Khazar University;  
  • Have completed at least the first year of their studies;  
  • Have NO disciplinary sanctions within the past 6 months;  
  • English Proficiency Document (TOEFL, IELTS, Khazar University English exam, YDS, YOKDIL or exams which are accepted by OSYM) or document issued by the Home University that can be taken from students’ departments

Call for Student Mobility Traineeship in Manisa Celal Bayar University, Türkiyə for Two months

Dear students,  

We are happy to inform all you that the Call for mobility to have a traineeship at Manisa Celal Bayar University(2022-2023)  through the  Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility  Programme  is now open. It will be an opportunity for students to have their internship and study his\her research, thesis with a supervisor appointed to the student by the department in MCBU for two months.
